From the Founder: Raheel S. Malik

I’m Raheel S. Malik, founder of FirstGen Agency and like many of the entrepreneurs I serve, my story starts with being first.

I’m a first-generation American, son of Pakistani immigrants who built a travel agency from scratch that thrived for more than 30 years. Growing up, I watched my parents serve clients from every culture and background. That’s where I learned what business is really about: trust, consistency, and the courage to create something of your own.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in corporate America across technology sales, strategy, and go-to-market leadership, helping startups and Fortune 1000s alike launch, scale, and evolve. Along the way, I’ve seen over 1,000 startup pitches, produced and hosted 15 accelerator cohorts across 15 cities in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and built a deep understanding of what drives momentum and what kills it.

That journey led to FirstGen Agency: a place where strategy meets storytelling, and where companies can access everything they need to grow, without needing to hire a traditional W2 team.

I started this agency because I believe great ideas deserve great execution and because I’ve lived the grind of trying to do it all yourself.
